That's quite unusual in these modern times where the norm seems to
be electronic systems that invite you to press 1 for this, 2 for
that, 3 for something else and so on - it can be frustrating, time
consuming and expensive when all you want to talk to is a human
being.
We have steadfastly refused to install one of these systems and are
