Holideck - a new concept in airport lounges

Holideck is the newest lounge to open in Terminal 4 available to Economy Class passengers who want to relax in peace and quiet prior to their flight.  Holideck is a new concept in airport lounges catering for a variety of passengers, whether travelling on business or pleasure.

The lounge is divided into three "decks".  The Main Deck comprises the Family Lounge (suitable for families with younger children as it is equipped with early learning games, creative pursuits and cartoons).  Also on this deck is the Internet/Business Zone for sending those last minute emails and faxes prior to your journey and the Interactive Zone for older members of the family looking for some fun and offering the latest computer games, arcade style simulator rides and interactive toys.

The Upper Deck (for 16 years and over) has a large wide screen TV or smaller flat screens where you can catch the main Sports events in the Sports Lounge.   The Haven is a quiet place to relax in peaceful surroundings.  The Smoking Room is also on this level.

Both of these decks are furnished to a very high standard and have their own staff to assist you.  They have their own bar facilities with a choice of alcoholic or soft drinks and snack refreshments, all included in the price.

The Flight Deck is a glazed observatory high above the roof of Terminal 4 and offers panoramic views across runways of one of the world's busiest airports and can be accessed by lift or a stairway.

Prices for adults and under 16 year olds are as follows:

Adults          £18.95 per person
Under 16      £11.00 per person
Infants under the age of 2 years are admitted free of charge.

If you would like to take advantage of this great new service, you must book your Holideck Lounge with your travel consultant before you travel.
